H. L. Cockrell, a professional trout farmer of Dumfries, Scotland saw the Loch Ness Monster in 1958. He had a camera strapped to his head with which he took a picture of "Nessie".
Here's a 40-page document reproduced here, originally written by F. N.  Cockrell, Jr. in 1915. It is entitled "Cockrell History". It was found in a folder marked "Cockrell" at the Kentucky State Historical Library.
